The pillow is finished with a super soft cotton zip cover and fills all standard pillow cases. The pillow has dimensions of 65cm long, 40cm wide, and 14cm high and is designed to fit a standard 70 x 50cm pillow case.

Do not wash the latex pillow in a washing machine or dry it in a dryer, as this can damage the latex material. Hand washing or spot cleaning is the recommended method for cleaning. Please do not soak the pillow, as this will damage the foam.

Cleaning Recommendation: Spot clean any stains or spills on the pillow with a moderate detergent and lukewarm water on a regular basis. Harsh chemicals should be avoided, as they can harm the latex material. To remove stains, spot-clean using a cloth that is lightly moistened with mild soap and water. Rinse with a damp cloth. Wipe with a towel and allow the pillow to air-dry before covering it with a pillowcase or protector.

The pillow may show some manufacturing imperfections but not deterioration or falling apart of the latex foam. The pillows are made in moulds with metal spikes, and when the pillow is de-moulded, it is possible for small splits to appear where the holes are. This is the nature of the manufacturing process, not a fault or defect with the products. You can rest assured that these small cosmetic imperfections will not affect the performance or longevity of the pillows.

Our pillows are made of 100% natural Dunlop latex, which is halogen-, metal-, and chemical-free. The latex is FR as per UK fire regulations that need to apply to all bedding. The latex is treated with fire retardants in order to comply with the Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations. The treatment is a patented FR surface spray that is free from nasty chemicals such as antimony, bromine, and formaldehyde. The products are tested and certified to the OEKO TEX 100 standard; they do not contain harmful substances and are safe to be used by babies. The fire retardant is suitable for domestic usage, non-harmful, and complies with BS5852 and BS7177.

Delivery of pillows to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland is fulfilled by DPD and Evri, depending on postcode location; it is a standard one-man service and takes 2-3 days. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland and remote areas could take 4-5 days.

• Once the pillow is shipped, you will receive an automatic dispatch email notification with tracking details
• Subsequently, DPD will send you an email and text notification on the delivery date with a one-hour time slot for delivery

No, our latex pillows do not come with a trial period and cannot be returned or exchanged once unpacked. 

The pillow packaging has an affixed sticker stating that we are unable to offer a refund on any product once opened, unless the product is faulty. We suggest trying the pillow with the plastic bag still on and only removing the bag if you are satisfied and wish to keep the product.

You are entitled to return or exchange a pillow within 30 days, provided the product has not been used, is in the original packaging, and is in a resellable condition. Email or call us, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Just print the label, pop it on the box, and drop it off at any drop-off location.

Due to the intimate nature of pillows, these items are exempt from the statutory cooling-off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed. Therefore, for reasons of health and hygiene, any pillows that have been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. If you open or remove the protective bag, you cannot return this product under our returns policy. Your legal rights are unaffected. Please test the pillow for comfort and size with the plastic bag still on. Only remove the bag if you are satisfied and wish to keep the pillow.

All deliveries, returns, and exchanges within the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland are free of charge. Please be aware that any requests for return or exchange must be initiated in written form (via email) or by phone within the 30-day trial period. 

Once the exchange or return has been authorised, it has to be arranged within 14 days of the notice being served. Once the return request has been triggered and authorised, the goods must be collected within 14 days. On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.

The 30-day trial policy applies to purchases made outside of the UK. However, customers outside of the UK are responsible for returning or exchanging their products and covering all expenses they will incur.

THE GUARANTEE WILL UNFORTUNATELY CEASE TO APPLY IF THE PILLOW:

• is found to have been mistreated or damaged
• has not been maintained in accordance with the care instructions supplied

Following replacement or repair, the guarantee will remain valid from the date of the original purchase.
