Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery to the UK mainland takes 2–3 weeks
  • Delivery to Scotland and the Highlands will take 3–4 weeks
  • Some deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other postcodes may occasionally take longer due to the logistics of supply. Deliveries to remote areas and postcodes may incur a surcharge; please contact our customer service for more details HERE
  • Bespoke products are tailor-made to customer requirements, so delivery will take longer to complete.

During busy holiday periods, delays may occur, and global events can sometimes impact our supply chains. If delays are expected, we will clearly display special delivery times on the product page when you place your order.

Old mattress disposal

We offer old mattress disposal; you need to choose the 2-man delivery option and add disposal service at checkout. The charge is £60 per piece

The old mattress will be collected when the new one is delivered. This service is available only if you choose the two-man delivery option at the checkout. Your old mattress is then responsibly recycled here in the UK by a specialist recycling centre

Nevertheless, we recognise that it will require a few nights for you to determine whether the mattress is the appropriate choice for you or if you would rather have a slightly firmer or softer setting. Therefore, we offer an exclusive 50-night mattress trial and a sleep comfort guarantee on all of our Latex Sense mattresses.

Our 50-Night Mattress Trial and Sleep Comfort Guarantee

All Latex Sense's own-brand mattresses are included. Available on any order taken—in store, online, or over the phone. Free exchange; no additional collection charge. This is limited to one exchange per product ordered. Only pay the difference if you upgrade your mattress; there is no redelivery charge. Use the mattress as you normally would, remove the packaging, and sleep on it in the comfort of your home. Collection and exchange of mattresses on the same day. Bespoke sizes and custom-made mattresses are excluded from the trial.

Your 50-night trial starts on the date of delivery, counted from the same day the mattress is delivered to you. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us during the first 50 days of the trial. We will provide expert advice and replace it with something more suitable, free of charge. You then have another 50 nights to try out the second mattress. If you are still not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. All exchanges and returns are free of charge

Exchange for a different size is not covered by the double satisfaction guarantee and will incur a £50 carriage cost. Please check the measurements of your bed frame first and ensure you order the correct size mattress. 

If the item you would like to have as a replacement is of higher value, then you will be asked to pay the difference in price.

Returns

If you find the mattress unsuitable, you can return it straightaway without the need for an exchange. Returns must be initiated within 50 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge for customers within the UK mainland.

Returns from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Isles can be arranged for a fee; please contact us for more details.

For customers outside the UK, it is your responsibility to arrange the return at your own cost and using your courier.
